Appeal concerning findings on location of accident

In an unusual claim under the Congenital Disabilities (Civil Liability) Act 1976, there was an appeal by the claimant which centred on findings by the trial judge in respect of the location of an accident which was sustained by the mother of a child born with serious disabilities.
