Solicitors Regulation Authority investigating Post Office law firms

The Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) has provided an update on its investigation on the Post Office Horizon IT scandal. It said: “As officers of the court, solicitors should never put other interests – such as the outcome for their client – above the law and the proper administration of justice. We are investigating, with live cases into a number of solicitors and law firms who were working on behalf of the Post Office/Royal Mail Group.”
