Under-compensation warning over injured military personnel

Military personnel injured while serving their country risk being under-compensated because their rights are not made clear to them by the government, the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) has warned. It has raised concerns with the Office for Veterans’ Affairs which is looking at the needs of veterans and their families.
