The latest issue of Norton Rose Fulbright’s Annual Litigation Trends Survey has highlighted a number of trends in North America, including increased employment and labour disputes, a proliferation of class actions, and ESG issues becoming a growing litigation concern. The law firm surveyed more than 400 general counsel and in-house litigation leaders based in the US and Canada.
