In [2023] 2 Lloyd's Rep 1, the judge had decided that title to the ship Victor 1 had not passed from Savory, the registered owner, to Ceto, the bareboat charterer under a bareboat charterparty and memorandum of agreement on the Saleform 2012 containing English exclusive jurisdiction clauses.
