The last word on asbestos exposure before 1965?

White v Secretary of State for Health and Social Care [2024] EWCA Civ 244

The claimants appealed from the decisions of respective courts below, dismissing their claim for damages for contracting mesothelioma and for the subsequent deaths of those whose estates they represented. The appeals were referred to as "the White appeal" and "the Cuthbert appeal" and each claimant appealed with the leave of William Davis LJ, who ordered that the appeals be heard together.
