Husband’s fraud sufficient to free wife from obligations of legal charge

Where it was found that a husband’s fraud had led a wife to execute a legal charge, this alone was sufficient for the charge to be set aside. It was not necessary to prove that – absent fraud – she would not have executed the charge.
