Revolutionary, repugnant, or at least worth a try?

World Whistleblowers Day celebrates the role that whistleblowers play in society - it is a reminder that whistleblowers across the globe need protecting. The question now at hand is whether this is enough. Is it now time to go further and positively incentivise whistleblowers to come forward, and reward them with tangible financial incentives?
