Great care in assessing tribunal perversity

Held that, in considering an appeal alleging perverse decision by an employment tribunal, the appeal tribunal should only accede where an overwhelming case was made out showing that the tribunal had reached a decision which no reasonable tribunal, on the evidence and law, could have reached.
