In earlier substantive proceedings, [2023] EWHC 2638 (Comm), [2024] 1 Lloyd's Rep 1, Robin Knowles J set aside two arbitration awards made in favour of P&ID which had awarded damages against the Republic of Nigeria for repudiatory breach of a contract for the construction of a gas processing facility in Nigeria.
