The "failure to prevent fraud" offence - are you ready?

UK and non-UK companies alike need to start preparing for the UK's new "failure to prevent fraud" offence. This received Royal Assent on 26 October 2023 and is likely to come into force - after government guidance is issued - by the end of 2024 or early in 2025.
