Securicor could face liability

Securicor shares tumble as it emerged that its US subsidiary, Argenbright, could face potential unlimited liability for non-New York events of 11 September. Argenbright provided security screening services for both Newark and Dulles airports where hijackers boarded flights that targeted the Pentagon. As matters stand it will not qualify under the wording of the Homeland Security bill for a cap at the level of insurance held.
