Guide for Italian overcharging claims

The Italian consumer organisation ADUSBEF has produced a legal guide for individuals wishing to claim against local insurers for overcharging on statutory third-party motor insurance. 19 insurers including Generali, RAS and SAI were found to have been operating a motor insurance cartel and have been fined L700bn. Drivers who took out cover with them between 1995 and 2000 should be entitled to refunds of 20%.
