20 finfluencers quizzed under caution, in FCA social media crackdown

The regulator is interviewing 20 finfluencers under caution on the grounds that they may be touting financial services products illegally.

This is the second group of social media celebrities to receive attention from the FCA's Enforcement division this year - following the June and July appearance before Southwark Crown Court of nine individuals, most of whom had previously appeared on Love Island and other reality shows.
