Arbitration – Appeal on point of law – Extension of time – Summary enforcement – Arbitration Act 1996, sections 54, 55, 56, 66, 69 and 70

Under a deed of indemnity between the parties, the claimant agreed to indemnify the defendants against a potential liability to a third party. The arbitration clause provided for arbitration to be conducted under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration. The tribunal was to "render its decision" in English.
