England and Wales PIDR should match Scotland and Northern Ireland

The personal injury discount rate (PIDR) for England and Wales should match the new PIDR for Scotland and Northern Ireland, according to UK risk managers. Two-thirds (67 per cent) of respondents in Airmic Big Question said the PIDR for England and Wales should be the same as that in Scotland/Northern Ireland. The PIDR for England and Wales is currently being reviewed.
