In this case, the appellant shipowner commenced proceedings to limit its liability for an allision incident. The Court of Appeal of Singapore allowed the shipowner's appeal and granted the anti-suit injunction to restraint the respondent shippers from continuing with court proceedings in tort in Indonesia.
