Law and supply chain management
Supply chain management (SCM) has become a popular term in recent years due to global challenges such as Covid-19, the Suez Canal obstruction, trade wars, conflict between Russia and Ukraine and competition in new energy industries. three parts: the first section introduces the basic concepts of SCM; the second part discusses the relationship between law
and SCM; and the third part concludes with some future trends in the field.
