Egyptian sinking

Pleasure yacht Sea Story, which left port near Marsa Alam for a five-day diving trip, with 44 people on board, sank on 25 November, leaving four people dead and seven missing. Red Sea Governor Maj-Gen Amr Hanafi said the survivors were found in the Wadi el-Gemal area, south of Marsa Alam, adding that the Egyptian Navy warship El Fateh and military aircraft were intensifying their efforts to locate the missing people. The Egyptian Meteorological Authority had forecast turbulence on the Mediterranean and Red Seas and warned people against marine activities. Wind speeds were between 60 km/h and 70 km/h, with wave heights of 3 m to 4 m.
