Seven-figure settlement for RTA brain injury

A motorcycle passenger who suffered a brain injury in a collision has received a substantial seven-figure settlement. She was a pillion passenger on a motorbike, which was hit by another vehicle at speed. The rider of the motorbike was killed in the incident. She suffered life-changing injuries, including a broken neck and brain injury. She now has a range of long-term neurocognitive problems, lack of function in one limb, and the need for long-term support and therapy. Ashtons said that in addition to affecting her day-to-day life, her injuries have prevented her from pursuing her career of choice.
