Disputes were submitted to a sole arbitrator under a voyage charterparty evidenced by a fixture recap email and based on a pro-forma Gencon 1994 form. The charterparty was made with the disponent owners of the subject vessel for the carriage of a cargo of 50,000 mt, 10 per cent more or less in the owners' option, of bulk petcoke from a Gulf port to India.
