Technology is safeguarding the maritime industry from accidents

Far from the misleading concepts of those who may see the shipping industry as glamorous, the reality for seafarers is that maritime work is high risk and involves many dangers. From unpredictable weather conditions and demanding commercial schedules, to piracy and regulatory complexities, overburdened crews are often left to complete extensive paperwork, often leaving actual assessments unchecked.
