The claimant SMT was an air cargo logistics specialist incorporated in Hong Kong and the defendant GA was an airline incorporated in Georgia. They had in September 2023 entered into an agreement by which GA was to "organise and execute regular cargo charter flights", in the first place from China to Budapest and by amendments also from Hong Kong to Madrid and Stansted.
