MoD sued over 1950s nerve gas tests

The Ministry of Defence is to be sued after an inquest ruling that an airman who died after taking part in a nerve gas test was unlawfully killed. The family of the man is to seek compensation, and it is thought that a number of other legal claims will be brought against the MoD in relation to tests carried out at Porton Down.
