Lord Chancellor attacks compensation culture

The Lord Chancellor, Lord Falconer, has criticised the perceived compensation culture in the UK and insists that this impression cannot go unchecked, adding that although compensation claims are falling, the have-a-go atmosphere surrounding personal injury claims was leading to significant problems in society.
