There has been much about debate about the perceived ‘failure’ of outsourcing with little to suggest that the practice has
an optimistic future. However, consider how long outsourcing has been serving a very real and valuable purpose and the numbers
of insurers successfully benefiting from it, and the tables can be turned on this debate quite successfully – although not
without some adaptations.
