China: thirteen Chinese sailors are missing and feared dead after their ship general cargo vessel, An Jin transporting steel from Shanghai to Singapore, sank in waters off southern Vietnam. Nine sailors were rescued by a relief ship from the Vietnam-Russia joint venture oil company VietSovPetro that is operating in the region. The search for the missing sailors continued. The cause of the sinking is unknown.
