transporting steel from Shanghai to Singapore, sank in waters off southern Vietnam. Nine sailors were rescued by a relief
ship from the Vietnam-Russia joint venture oil company VietSovPetro that is operating in the region. The search for the missing
sailors continued. The cause of the sinking is unknown.
