Emiratisation targets

Aman, the Dubai based Islamic insurance and reinsurance company, announced that it will increase the number of United Arab Emirate nationals working for the company to 35% by the end of 2006. Currently, the number of UAE nationals working for the company represent 20% of Aman’s total staff. The announcement is a key element of Aman’s new Emiratisation plan, the main aim of which is to spread awareness of the prospects and significance of the insurance sector.
