China Continent Property & Casualty Insurance Company (CCIC) and Atradius Credit Insurance of the Netherlands have signed a co-operation agreement under which CCIC will offer credit insurance to local Chinese companies as well as to existing Atradius companies with operations in mainland China. Atradius will provide technical support and know-how to CCIC. Wilfried Verstraete, chief executive of Atradius, noted that the agreement with CCIC said it offers Atradius the capability to provide its multinational clients with a credit insurance solution in China.
