Former analyst and ex-director fined for abusive dissemination of information

Robin Hutchings, a former equity analyst with Evolution Beeson Gregory has been fined £18,000 and his friend, Jason Smith, then finance director and company secretary of I Feel Good (Holdings) plc (IFG), publishers of Viz, £15,000 for market abuse. It is the FSA’s first action against individuals for abusive dissemination of information.
