For the fifth year running Compliance Monitor and City recruitment specialists Joslin Rowe , have joined forces to canvass the views of compliance personnel on industry trends, the work of the FSA and the how they view their profession. This year more than 75 respondents took part in our online survey during October. 77% were heads of a compliance department, 6% senior managers and 17% managers. Anonymity was assured, which means we can be confident that these “views from the top” offer a real insight into life at the sharp end.
