Time to reflect

This is the fifth year that Compliance Monitor and Joslin Rowe Recruitment Consultants have carried out a survey of compliance industry opinion. Since we began more than 400 professionals have responded to questions on industry trends, the work of the FSA and their personal views on their career to date. This year more than 75 senior compliance professionals completed our online questionnaire. 33% of respondents were heads of department, 44% were senior managers whilst a further 23% were associates. Their anonymity assured, the survey generated some very interesting findings.
