MiFID implementation looms. By the end of January 2007 the FSA must make all its rules. At the end of October it published
the last two of its major MiFID consultation papers. The larger of these, CP06/19***, set out its proposals for the new structure
and content of the Conduct of Business Sourcebook (referred to in this article as NEWCOB).
