Another false dawn – where now with the Fraud Review?

Whitehall attitudes are “crippling the fight against fraud”, according to Fraud Advisory Panel Chairman Rosalind Wright, who says in the think-tank’s latest report, ‘Which Way Now? Evaluating the Government’s Fraud Review’ that the estimated UK£16bn a year cost of fraud is due to “a failure of the state”.
