A frustrating time

D o time charterers need war risk cover? If it is not their ship (as some charterers historically hastened to emphasise when seeking to sidestep any liabilities) and if it gets blown apart by a drifting mine or hit by a wandering ‘unsmart’ cruise missile, why should he, its current nonpossessory charterer, worry unduly?
