John Head quits

JOHN Head III has resigned from the board of Sphere Drake Holdings, Bermuda, following a “dispute regarding Mr Head‘s role within the company” according to a statement released by Sphere Drake yesterday. The statement said that it decided to accept Mr Head‘s res-ignation because of its “refusal to accede to Mr Head‘s request to exert greater influence over the company‘s affairs”.
