Is piercing the corporate veil prohibited by the Convention?

In several jurisdictions the corporate form may be disregarded or, as it is commonly said, the corporate veil may be “pierced”1 or “lifted”2 in case of fraud or where two companies are under the full control of the same person or persons.3
