On an initial review of the CFA 2017, one could be forgiven for thinking that the high-water mark of the changes are the new unexplained wealth orders and the new corporate offence. Certainly, both developments have generated the most attention. Even so, there are several other provisions that have been introduced by the CFA 2017 that are likely to have a greater impact on the day-to-day work of regulated professionals and lawyers alike.
