The marine insurance legality issue in Australia and other common law jurisdictions

This chapter will consider the warranty of legality in Australia and two other common law jurisdictions, New Zealand and Canada. These three countries have warranties of legality in their own marine insurance law and although these derived from English law, they have been developed according to the circumstances of each individual country.
